Junior e-Commerce Coordinator

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Create and maintain description and product uploads in Greek and in English version
• Implement site merchandising updates based on inventory, marketing calendar, key launches and overall Merchandising Guidelines provided by the e-commerce manager
• Make sure our information is consistent and accurate on items shown online & listing pages
• Community management (Reply to all social media inquiries)
• Review website regularly for quality control & corrections
• Manage and monitor the order fulfillment process
• Assist with Customer support when needed (Customer support is mainly outsourced but there are some cases where we need to communicate with the customer)
• Undertake other duties as assigned pertaining to office administrative duties to support e-commerce teams

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Greek & English
• Strong team spirit and communication skills
• Organized individual with strong attention to detail
• Excellent grammar, punctuation and writing skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Web-savvy and passionate for the digital industry
• Digital marketing background will be considered a plus
• Knowledge of fashion and luxury brands will be considered a plus
