Job Description

As an E-commerce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our online sales platform. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our e-commerce operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. From product listings and inventory management to order processing and customer support, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update product listings on our e-commerce platform, including writing compelling product descriptions and uploading product images
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock availability on the website
  • Monitor orders 
  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, logistics, and finance, to streamline processes and ensure a seamless e-commerce experience
  • Conduct regular analysis of sales data, traffic patterns, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and growth

 

Requirements

  • Fluent in Romanian, English and Greek
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Romanian market is benefitial
