Position Summary
We are seeking a talented Digital Designer to join our team and help shape the visual identity of our digital channels. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with the ability to create compelling visuals for social media, newsletters, and online campaigns that align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver visual assets for digital campaigns (social media posts, stories, ads, newsletters, banners).
- Adapt creative concepts into different formats and platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to bring campaign ideas to life.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital materials.
- Stay up to date with digital design trends, formats, and tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience or portfolio in digital design projects.
- Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva, Figma (or similar).
- Ability to create designs optimized for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Previous experience in an agency environment will be considered a strong plus.
Nice to Have
- Motion graphics and video editing skills.
- Knowledge of email design best practices (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
- Familiarity with AI creative tools such as MidJourney, Runway, ChatGPT for content and concept generation.
