Role Description

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Architect with strong Project Management skills to join our design team.
The ideal candidate will combine creative design ability with technical knowledge and excellent communication and coordination skills, ensuring the successful delivery of each project on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior layouts based on client briefs and project requirements
• Coordinate the design and construction phases, acting as the key point of contact between clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors
• Prepare and review technical drawings, tender documents, schedules, and permits
• Monitor timelines, budget, and quality standards throughout the project
• Supervise on-site works, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with design intent
• Collaborate closely with product and interior designers within the office
• Participate in meetings, presentations, and decision-making with clients

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in architectural and/or interior renovation projects
• Proven experience in managing small to mid-scale construction or renovation projects
• Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD,InDesign,Photoshop, (3Ds Max modeling is a plus)
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing
• Familiarity with Greek building regulations and permit processes (if applicable)
• Experience using project management tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders with attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in designing yacht interiors.
• Knowledge of Revit
