Duties

• Work with our customers in collecting print template requirements
• Adjust, design, modify templates and deliver them to the customers
• Assist the customers in the translation process
• Provide general assistance in regards to print documents
• Work with the customer in achieving excellence

Skills

• Strong customer focus and passion for doing the right thing for the customer
• Familiarity in any scripting language will be appreciated
• Experience in the travel industry will be considered a plus
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Team spirited
