Cookies Agency is a dynamic branding and digital marketing agency dedicated to crafting scalable and efficient visual identities through innovative printed and digital solutions. Since our inception in 2006, we have established a strong presence in Santorini, Mykonos, and Crete under the name Olympian Pantheon, collaborating with high-end clients in the tourism industry and beyond. In 2021 we moved to Athens with our new name and identity, we are excited to invite a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team.

 

The Role

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Cookies Agency, you will play a pivotal role in developing creative concepts and coherent visual ideas across various platforms, including website design, digital communication, print, branding, and marketing materials. You will collaborate with clients and oversee a team consisting of two graphic designers, a social media expert, a developer, and a copywriter. Your insights will be important in ensuring the successful design, implementation, and delivery of outstanding visual solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and present creative concepts and visual solutions for various media platforms.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.

- Ensure the consistency and quality of design deliverables across all projects.

- Oversee the designers’ process from concept to completion, maintaining timelines and project goals.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and branding.

 

Required Skills

- Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar position within a branding, design, or advertising agency.

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

- Strong web design skills with a good understanding of user experience principles.

- Familiarity with social media design and marketing strategies.

- Experience in packaging design.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.

- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in design execution.

- Strong team player with creative thinking abilities.

- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

 

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

- Video editing experience.

- Illustration skills.

- Motion graphic design.
