COCO-MAT is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Interior Designer to join its Interior Design and Decoration department.

About the role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the strategic and creative direction of our interior design initiatives across retail, franchise, and B2B hotel channels. This role is pivotal in shaping the brand’s visual identity through impactful spatial design, visual merchandising, and customer-focused experiences both in Greece and internationally.

The ideal candidate is a design leader with strong aesthetic sensibility, project management capabilities, and team leadership experience, capable of translating brand values into inspiring physical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Retail Network (Owned Stores – Greece & International)

• Lead the overall design strategy for our owned retail stores.
• Ensure a consistent brand image across all store environments through layout, display, and décor.
• Approve visual merchandising elements and support seasonal campaigns.
• Plan and execute new store openings, renovations, and store refreshes.
• Manage the presentation of new products in-store to optimize visibility and drive sales.
• Oversee seasonal decorations, ensuring timely execution aligned with brand standards.
• Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and sponsored activities through spatial design and branded environments.

• Franchise Network (Greece & International)

• Support franchise partners with product display guidelines and visual merchandising strategies.
• Conduct regular site visits to offer tailored design recommendations that enhance customer experience and improve sales performance.
• Foster strong communication and alignment across the extended retail network.

• Hotel B2B Clients

• Deliver customized interior design services for hospitality clients.
• Provide concept development, layout planning, and styling support for hotel spaces.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, including retail and/or hospitality design.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams and manage complex projects.
• Proficiency in English language both written and verbal.
• Ability to travel

Technical skills:

• AutoCAD (2D technical drawings)
• SketchUp (3D design and modeling)
• Rendering Software (Vray, Enscape, Lumion, or equivalent for photorealistic output)
