We want you to enable a positive Gen AI adoption experience for all Deloitte practitioners, so that they quickly understand what tool to use and when they find it, can learn in a manner that they love.

Your role

You will work with a variety of colleagues across the NSE organization, to understand new Gen AI tools and make it easy for practitioners to become aware and learn how to use them. You will also have the opportunity to support other digital adoption campaigns as they develop.

Specific responsibilities include;

Understand new Gen AI tools that are being explored across our firm, to understand features and functions and how they differ to competing products.
Content writing and graphic/video design, to create modern, innovative campaigns.
Facilitating ‘byte sized’ learning sessions where you will demonstrate how to use new, Gen AI tools.
Work with colleagues across different functions, to hack and implement ideas that improve the employee experience and increase adoption of our Gen AI tools.
Support new initiatives and campaigns that drive adoption.
Support NSE Digital Adoption Lead to develop and manage an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contributions.

Our Requirements

A passion for improving user experience (UX), with a focus on learning and adoption.
Proficient in using graphic/video design tools.
Confident in writing and presenting (live or recorded) content in English.
Ability to understand, assess and demonstrate capabilities within new technology.
A strong “can do” attitude with an ability to motivate colleagues to do the same.
A role model as a team player with an ability to work collaboratively and positively with others in an open, friendly, flexible and facilitating manner.
Confident and comfortable to work under pressure and manage a number of tasks simultaneously. D
Desire to both develop individually and support Digital Adoption Director to continually review and develop team methodology and ensure a positive perception of the team.
