We are looking for a talented Performance Manager. This role will play a crucial role in driving and optimizing the performance of our online sales channels. Performance Manager will be responsible for analyzing and improving various aspects of our ecommerce operations to maximize revenue, enhance customer experience, and achieve business objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of ecommerce best practices, data analysis, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with different teams.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, display advertising, and social media campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROAS and KPIs)
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects.
- Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics
- Stay up to date with the latest ecommerce trends, industry best practices and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years work experience in ecommerce operations, performance analysis, and optimization in a retail or similar industry or digital agency
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok ads) and knowledge of digital advertising metrics and strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and techniques to improve organic visibility.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivation and proactiveness in identifying opportunities for improvement and driving ecommerce growth.
