INGROUP is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a business consulting company, a dynamic and self-motivated candidate to cover the following position:
Business Consulting Manager (EU Funding programs)
Location: Marousi
The role: As a Business Consulting Manager you will manage the business planning team by guiding and providing expert advice, regarding the ESPA business programs/ projects for clients. This position involves a high level of responsibility and excellent people management skills.
What you will do:
- Organize, manages, and guides the business planning team.
- Train new team members.
- Develop business plans, advises on financial matters, and identifies areas for growth for our customers.
- Assist the client in implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepancies
- Provide active guidance and follow up in all phases of the projects’ implementation, ie, proposal preparation, business plan, required checks regarding the EU Funding programs (ESPA, Development Law, RRF etc)
Qualifications:
- BSc/BA in Business Administration/Finance or relevant field
- MSc/MA in a specialized business field is a plus
- Working experience of at least 8 years in management consulting for EU finding projects (3 of which as team manager)
- Fluent English language skills are mandatory (spoken and written)
- Excellent computer skills, proficient user of MS Office.
- Familiarity with business management software such as CRM and ERP
