Make a real impact
- Conduct gap analyses, process mapping, and impact assessments and prepare high-quality deliverables
- Convert business needs into comprehensive deliverables, including detailed requirements or user stories. This process may involve creating process flows, business & functional specifications, UAT scenarios and user guides as needed to fully articulate the requirements
- Support the design and rollout of new platforms and process improvements for various banking clients (e.g. operating in the industry of wealth management, card payments & the broader banking industry)
- Analyze data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for process optimization
- Assist in the design, development and implementation of systems and software solutions
- Conduct workflow analysis, evaluating system gaps and recommending improvements
- Provide support during the execution phase of projects to ensure that solutions delivered meet the previously defined requirements
- Work closely and communicate effectively with business and technology stakeholders at all levels, to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Two (2) to five (5) years of hands‑on Business Analysis experience in Financial Services - ideally across Banking, Asset & Wealth Management, or Card Payments
- Experience in business process design and business requirements documentation / user stories development
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
