Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Provide tailored digital advisory support to existing and prospect Vodafone Business customers through digital channels including Microsoft Teams, Viber, and phone consultations
  • Offer expert, practical guidance on a wide range of topics such as: Customer Acquisition Tactics, Digital Marketing & SEO, Google Tools & Online Presence Optimization, Adobe Tools, Data Analytics & Insights, Digital Collaboration Tools,
  • Assess client needs, providing relevant customized recommendations while identifying and understanding potential sales opportunities if any.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital trends and tools to provide cutting-edge advice
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal stakeholders

  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate information
  • Exceptional interpersonal, networking, presentation and stakeholders engagement skills

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • Prior experience in digital marketing
  • Proficient in common digital tools and systems · Greek Native
  • Strong command of English (minimum C1 level)
