We are seeking a skilled PMO Consultant to join our team for the EU FIT Program, a three-year initiative focused on rolling out S/4HANA Finance across all our brands in Europe. This role is an integral part of the PMO and Change Management team, supporting project execution, governance, and business transformation. This position is for the duration of the (three-year) program, with the opportunity to further grow within the organization.

As a PMO Consultant you will play a crucial role in supporting the EU FIT Program's success, by supporting project governance, reporting, and coordination efforts. You will work closely with various stakeholders within the Finance Function to facilitate seamless project execution and business transformation. Occasional travel to our brands may be required as part of this role.

- PMO Support:
- Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure successful execution.
- Support risk and issue management by identifying and escalating challenges.
- Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
- Align with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.

- A gross annual salary between (if you are based in the Netherlands) €55.000, - & €67.500, - (including holiday allowance) based on full-time employment, depending on experience.

Requirements
We think you'll be best geared for success if you meet the following requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar.
- Background in Finance, Consultancy, Business Administration or other relevant expertise in Finance.
- At least 4 years of experience in a (Financial driven) Project Management role, preferably with an international scope.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint with strong presentation skills.
- A keen eye for design and the ability to create compelling visual content.
- The ability to translate rough ideas into polished concepts.
- A strong understanding of business context and stakeholder needs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in project coordination, reporting, and governance
- The ability to work effectively in a multi-brand, international environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for project-related activities.
