• Understanding EU Public Procurement: You will gain in-depth knowledge of processes, tender specifications, requirements, and compliance-related documents, ensuring all procurement activities adhere to EU standards.
• Template Management: You will be responsible for populating EU templates and coordinating with stakeholders across different countries and companies to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
• Process Coordination: You will manage and coordinate various internal and external opportunity-related processes, including meetings to facilitate smooth operations.
• Client QA Follow-up: You will follow up on client QA during the BID process and share outcomes with the different teams involved, ensuring all client requirements are met.
• CV and Credentials QA: You will perform quality assurance on CVs and credentials, requiring a keen eye for detail and the ability to implement client requirements effectively.
• Progress Tracking: You will track progress on various projects, holding team members accountable for their tasks and flagging potential risks while suggesting mitigation activities.
• Document Preparation: You will prepare documents, offers, and other necessary materials for submission via public tendering portals, ensuring compliance with all requirements.

Your Profile

 

 

• Excellent academic credentials for both undergraduate and graduate coursework.
• MSc degree ideally in economics, business, project management but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in EU public procurement, contracts, and proposals is highly valued.
• Familiarity with public tendering portals and EU templates, with the ability to prepare and submit documents accurately is highly valued.
• Familiarity with European compliance documents is beneficial.
• An eye for detail and quality
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an asset.
