Senior Consultant – Operations Advisory Services

About the role: As a Senior Consultant in our Operations Advisory Services team, you will help clients improve operational performance through process optimization. Your contributions will directly support the delivery of high-impact solutions that improve organizational effectiveness, productivity, and overall performance. This role is ideal for professionals who combine strategic insight with practical execution to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess existing operational processes mainly within public sector organizations
• Participate in Business Process Mapping and Reengineering
• Develop and implement strategies for process improvement, efficiency, and cost reduction
• Assist in the design and deployment of operational frameworks and workflows
• Conduct analysis, identify trends & draw conclusions in areas relevant to the assigned role
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on operational performance
• Produce accurate and well-presented deliverables
• Support project team in data analysis & reports generation
• Support Managers in implementing appropriate analytical operational models

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Master’s degree in related fields or Business Administration (MBA will be considered a plus)
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Consulting, preferably in operations, organizational transformation, or public sector projects
• Proven experience in process mapping, efficiency analysis, or organizational redesign
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Knowledge of Business Process Mapping methodologies and tools (e.g. ARIS, ADONIS) will be considered a plus
