Qualifications: 

• University Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Customer-service skills and the ability to handle the fluctuating demands of multiple customers 
• Quick learning ability is required as well as teamwork 
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbally and in written form 
• Male candidates should have their military obligations fulfilled

Responsibilities: 

• Provide customer support and training in the utilization of the software
• Installation, Setup, Configuration & Consulting services to Maritime Business Software projects
• Participate in analyzing customer needs and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Testing on software functionalities
• Data mapping, data cleaning and data migration
• Demo Presentations to existing and potential clients
