You will be part of a new business unit “Business Support & Development Team” which has as main priority the preparation of pitching content for all Deloitte Financial Advisory service lines.

You will join an exciting new team with an ambitious mandate where you will get start-up experience within one of the biggest organizations world wide.

We are seeking a Proposal Consultant to join our growing team.

#YourRole

  • Preparation of pitching presentations, proposals & engagement letters as well as relative supporting material
  • Development of pitch content that is compelling and client focused
  • You will ensure that proposals are developed on time and in compliance with the tendering requirements
  • Coordinating the work flow and involvement of all proposal stakeholders, including briefing, setting deadlines, ensuring follow-up of the proposal contributions;
  • Keeping proposal repository library up-to-date and ensuring all materials are correctly documented (CVs, References,…)
  • Potentially produce key insights focusing on market trends, company financials and competitive landscape
  • Support in business development activities (ex. marketing material preparation)
  • Provide administrative support

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and especially excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Team player with a positive, flexible attitude and hands-on approach
  • Proven experience in a similar role will be a plus
