We are looking for External Partners Liaison to manage the relationship with External Partners (DCAs and/or Legal Firms) & ensure smooth day-to-day run of business, actively facilitating monthly target achievement.

The role has the following responsibilities:

• Ensure achievement of quantitative & qualitative KPI’s;
• Ensure timely completion of day-to-day productivity matters;
• Ensure that productivity KPI’s match teams action results;
• Ensure that portfolio is worked properly & across accounts;
• Ensure that Partners follow directives to the letter & escalate to HQ where necessary;
• Ensure accuracy of MIS reports, as received by external agencies; and
• Monitor and resolve complaints issues.

Requirements:

• Min 3 years relevant professional experience;
• Customer and Results orientation;
• Problem solving and negotiation skills;
• Organisational and project management skills;
• Comfortable working in a high pressure environments and on an agile delivery plan;
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills, both verbal and written; and
• Degree in Business Administration or other relevant field.
