Responsibilities:

• Supervise all phases of the construction process
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders
• Assist in creating and tracking budget for all assigned developments
• Plan and monitor projects, prepare project plans, manage risks, including the development of contingency plans, issues and dependency logs
• Perform site safety inspections on developments in construction
• Perform contract control
• Perform payment certification
• Update project schedule: ensure project quality control and establish overall project logistics
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting on development operations

Requirements:

• 5-year degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related
• 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Expert in AutoCAD - ArchiCAD and MS Project and MS Office
• Experience in quantity surveying. (Costs & Contracts)
• Fluent in English and Greek
• Experience in writing reports in English for senior management
• Experience with all areas of construction from design to completion
• Knowledge of budgeting and expense forecasting
• Critical thinker able to discern key issues and find solutions to problems
• Ability to negotiate effectively and have commercial acumen
• Able to work under pressure and with strict deadlines
