As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a CUSTOMER TECHNICAL SUPPORT & SPECIFICATIONS ENGINEER to join our team at Oinofyta, Viotia

The Role

The position focuses on technical support and specification guidance, acting as a point of reference for professionals involved in construction projects. The role is consultative, not design- or study-oriented, and is ideal for engineers or interior designers who wish to combine technical knowledge with exposure to construction projects and building materials.

You will advise architects, developers, contractors, and consultants on the appropriate use and specification of pre-painted aluminium products, contributing to successful project execution, product awareness, and long-term collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer and project requirements and propose suitable aluminium pre-painted product solutions
• Provide technical advice and guidance during the material selection and specification phase
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product characteristics, applications, and system options
• Support the preparation of technical documentation, presentations, and product specifications
• Collaborate with service centers and partners (mock-ups, samples, value engineering proposals)
• Build and maintain relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Developers, General Contractors, and Façade Professionals
• Support project-based development activities
• Participate in exhibitions, technical events, webinars, and industry-related activities
• Assist in product training and technical presentations (internal & external)

Qualifications

• BSc in Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design
• Postgraduate studies will be considered an asset, but are not required
• Basic knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)
• Very good command of English (written & spoken)
• Additional languages (German, Italian, or French) will be appreciated
• Previous experience in construction materials, façades, or building products is an advantage but not mandatory
• Willingness to travel occasionally, depending on project needs
