With a growing portfolio across renewable energy, infrastructure, and energy storage, we are looking for a Commissioning & Monitoring Manager to join our team in Kozani and contribute to the successful delivery and performance of our projects.

Your Role

You will be part of the team that ensures our projects are not only delivered but perform at their full potential. From commissioning support to real-time performance monitoring, you will play a key role in bridging construction, engineering, and operations.

What You'll Do

• Support commissioning activities across PV and energy projects
• Monitor performance through SCADA and advanced monitoring systems
• Analyze production data and identify optimization opportunities
• Work closely with EPC, O&M, and engineering teams on-site and remotely
• Contribute to troubleshooting and performance improvement initiatives
• Prepare clear, structured performance and technical reports

What You Bring

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in energy, construction, or technical projects
• Solid understanding of electrical systems
• Comfort working with data, monitoring tools, or technical platforms
• Strong communication and problem-solving mindset
• Availability to work on-site and travel when required

Nice to Have

• Exposure to commissioning processes
• Experience in PV or BESS projects
• Familiarity with SCADA systems
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
