The Junior Architect will support the design and development of PHILOS projects, contributing to architectural design, engineering documentation, visual presentations and project coordination.

This position offers hands-on exposure to real estate development, working closely with our engineering and project management team.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural design of projects (interior and exterior) – 2D drawings

• Preparation of architectural plans and technical documentation

• Development of 3D models and architectural visualizations

• Preparation of architectural presentations and project materials

• Support legalization and regulatory processes for properties

• Preparation of engineering documentation for acquisitions and development

• Collaboration with the engineering team on project design and execution

• Participation in project supervision during renovation and development phases

 

Required Skills

• AutoCAD

• SketchUp or other 3D modeling software

• Microsoft Word and Excel

• Understanding of the Greek Building Regulation (NOK)

• Familiarity with Law 4495/2017 and legalization procedures

• Understanding of the process of renovation / redevelopment projects
