On-Site Engineer

About Us

Vitruvius Development is an active real estate development company focused on high-quality residential projects in central Athens. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented On-Site Civil Engineer to join our team and oversee the execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on site
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure works are executed according to approved plans, 

specifications, and timelines

• Monitor quality control and compliance with safety regulations
• Track project progress and prepare site reports
• Manage materials, quantities, and cost control on site
• Liaise with architects, consultants, and project managers
• Identify and resolve technical issues during construction

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• 2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision (residential projects preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under deadlines
