About the role
- Manage and coordinate the construction process alongside the Technical Director and the team, bringing innovation and challenge to every project
- Oversee the design and construction of shops, ensuring compliance with Safety and relevant regulations
- Provide technical guidance to local teams on preventive and corrective maintenance
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with business expectations
- Support the Technical Director on company initiatives, contributing to the success of the department
- Ensure compliance with all internal procedures and company policies
- Evaluate and select interior design elements and furnishings
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Autocad, MS Office and MS Excel
- Fluent in Greek and English both written and spoken
- Detail-oriented, analytical and strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Trustworthy with high attention to confidentiality
