About the role 

As a Junior BIM Engineer, you will support the design and coordination of architectural and landscape projects across all design stages. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, contributing to the development of federated BIM models and ensuring compliance with project BIM standards. 

In this role, you will: 

• Contribute to high-end landscape and architectural projects in Greece and internationally 

• Support the development and management of BIM models that integrate multiple disciplines 

• Assist in coordinating design workflows between internal teams and external collaborators 

• Participate in producing technical documentation and project deliverables 

• Continuously learn and grow your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative and innovative environment

Required Skills 

• 1-2 years of professional experience across all design stages 

• Adequate working knowledge of both Revit and AutoCAD is a requirement, with strong interest and motivation to develop toward a proficient level 

• Ability to collaborate closely with internal design teams throughout project development 

• Ability to support the coordination of design teams, including external disciplines and contractors, within a BIM environment 

• Familiarity with federated BIM models, including combining multi-disciplinary models using agreed protocols, tools and workflows 

• Ability to work in accordance with Project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and Employer’s Information Requirements (EIRs) 

• Understanding of construction technical documentation within a BIM workflow is a plus 

• Knowledge of Greek Planning Regulations (NOK) is a plus 

• Proficiency in Greek and English 

• Strong organizational skills with a committed and reliable work ethic 

• Fast learner with curiosity and a can-do mindset
