About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a real estate development project from concept and design through construction and final handover. The role requires strong technical understanding, excellent coordination skills, and hands-on experience managing consultants, contractors, planning, scheduling, and cost control.

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that all aspects of design, construction, and handover are executed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

* Design Management
* Lead and coordinate all design disciplines (Architecture, Structural, MEP, Landscape, etc.)
* Manage multiple design consultants and specialist designers
* Oversee design development, coordination, reviews, and approvals
* Ensure alignment with project brief, budget, schedule, and regulations
* Identify design risks and drive value-engineering where required

* Construction Management
* Manage main contractors and subcontractors across all trades
* Coordinate site activities, sequencing, and interfaces
* Monitor quality, safety, and compliance
* Review and manage shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
* Lead site meetings and progress reviews

* Planning, Scheduling & Cost Control
* Develop and manage detailed project programs (design & construction)
* Track critical path, milestones, and recovery plans
* Prepare and control budgets and cost estimates
* Manage variations, claims, and change orders
* Coordinate with cost consultants and commercial teams
* Handover & Close-Out
* Lead testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover
* Ensure completion of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and warranties

Qualifications

* 10/l15 years’ experience (up to 20 years acceptable) in project management

Required Skills

* Proven experience delivering building projects from design to handover
* Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP design
* High proficiency in planning, scheduling, and cost control
* Experience managing multiple consultants and subcontractors
* Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
