• Managing the entire construction cycle — from planning to final handover, including coordination of architectural, engineering, and contractor activities.
• Developing and controlling the project budget, managing costs, and ensuring compliance with financial targets.
• Preparing and monitoring construction schedules, managing timelines, and ensuring timely completion of all project phases.
• Coordinating and communicating with contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, inspectors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensuring construction quality by monitoring compliance with technical specifications, building codes, and standards.
• Managing project risks by identifying, analyzing, and minimizing construction and organizational risks.
• Negotiating with suppliers of construction materials to secure optimal terms and delivery timelines.
• Preparing and presenting reports to company management and/or investors, including project status, budget performance, risks, and variances.
