we are seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer to join our real estate development team.
The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of building renovation, refurbishment projects, and on-site construction supervision. You will work closely with project managers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage building renovation and refurbishment projects from planning to completion
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal teams
• Prepare and review technical reports, budgets, and progress updates
• Identify risks and propose technical solutions to ensure successful project delivery
• Ensure quality control and proper documentation throughout all project phases

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in building renovation, refurbishment, or restoration projects
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and renovation best practices
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Good communication and project-coordination skills
• Fluency in English (Greek language is a plus)
