Facade Designer

F|NOUS is looking for a Facade Designer to join our team in Athens, Greece. The role involves contributing to innovative façade engineering projects and collaborating closely with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and architects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed façade designs for new and refurbishment projects.
• Prepare shop drawings and fabrication details for production and installation.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless integration.
• Select appropriate materials, systems, and finishes aligned with technical and cost requirements.
• Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and technical workshops.

Skills and Experience:

• A Degree or Master’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• A background in Façade Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or Building Physics is highly valued.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software such as AutoCAD, Siemens NX, Rhino, or other relevant tools.
• Knowledge of building regulations and codes, both domestic and international, is an advantage.
• Experience working on international and domestic projects.
• The ability to manage project requirements, ensuring delivery within time and budget constraints.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• A dynamic and adaptable personality with multitasking abilities, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivation, organizational skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
