Position Overview:

An international real estate company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its team in Athens, Greece.

The role includes full responsibility for supervising, managing, and monitoring renovation and construction projects of residential and commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with budget, timeline, and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee real estate renovation and construction projects from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and procurement teams.
• Supervise on-site execution, resolve issues in real time, and ensure smooth collaboration between all stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, monitor project schedules, and ensure milestones and business goals are achieved.
• Provide regular reports and project status updates to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing complex real estate/construction/renovation projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, contractors, etc.).
• Solid financial and scheduling management skills, including negotiations and vendor management.
• Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the Greek real estate and construction market – mandatory.
• Availability for full-time position in Athens.
