Role Description: Junior / Senior Lighting Designer

Luce Ataliotis is a leading lighting design company based in Athens specializing in architectural lighting. We believe that light is more than illumination – it is a design element that defines atmosphere, mood, and experience. Our company has delivered a huge variety of projects across Europe, with a focus on hospitality, residential, offices and landscape areas blending artistic creativity with technical excellence. Our team collaborates closely with architects, interior designers, and clients to bring spaces to life through light. We are currently looking to expand our dynamic team with talented Lighting Designers who share our passion for excellence and design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative lighting concepts.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and clients.
• Prepare detailed lighting plans and technical drawings
• Oversee installation and ensure designs are executed according to specifications.
• Stay updated on the latest lighting trends, technologies, and sustainable practices.
• Conduct site visits and provide on-site guidance during project implementation.
• Ensure projects meet budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Lighting Design.
• Strong knowledge of lighting technologies, fixtures, and materials.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Dialux, Microsoft Office.
• Photoshop, InDesign and Revit are not mandatory but will be considered as an extra.
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
• Strong communication and presentation skills to collaborate with clients and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• The candidate should be based in Athens, Greece.
