Licensed Architect – SeaView Hotel Development (Evia, Greece)

SeaView Development A.E. is seeking a Licensed Architect in Greece to join our team for the next phase of a boutique 4-star hotel project located on Evia Island, including luxury villas, suites, and a central hospitality complex.

Responsibilities:

• Architectural design and documentation for Phase B.
• Submissions and approvals for building permits.
• Preparation and evaluation of tenders for contractors and suppliers.
• Site supervision to ensure compliance with designs, permits, and quality standards.
• Section take-offs and quantity surveys for cost control.
• Verification of contractor invoices and progress reports.
• Coordination with engineers, consultants, and authorities.

Requirements:

• Licensed Architect in Greece (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 8–10 years of professional experience, preferably in hotels/resorts or complex developments.
• Knowledge of Greek building codes and permitting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit.
• Excellent English (Greek desirable).
