Role Description
We are looking for an Architect for a full-time role at our offices in Kallithéa. The Architect will work on architectural composition, technical planning, and support the delivery of industrial and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing functional design concepts
• Preparing detailed drawings using ArchiCAD
• Producing 3D photorealistic visualizations for project presentations
• Coordinating with engineers and project teams
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and project requirements

Qualifications
• Professional Diploma in Architecture
• Good knowledge of ArchiCAD for detailed drawings and technical documentation
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD for supporting tasks
• Experience in 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering tools (e.g. Twinmotion, Lumion, Enscape) is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site at the office and follow through all project stages
