Role Description
We are looking for an Architect for a full-time role at our offices in Kallithéa. The Architect will work on architectural composition, technical planning, and support the delivery of industrial and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing functional design concepts
• Preparing detailed drawings using ArchiCAD and AutoCAD
• Producing 3D photorealistic visualizations for project presentations
• Coordinating with engineers and project teams
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and project requirements

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Proficiency in both ArchiCAD and AutoCAD is required
• Familiarity with industrial and technical building standards
• Experience in 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering tools (e.g. Twinmotion, Lumion, Enscape) is a plus
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work from the office and follow through project stages
