The company EMBIRIA Consulting Engineers LLC is looking for a Junior PV Engineer for a full-time position at the company's headquarters in Athens, GREECE.

Responsibilities

• Run energy yield simulations using PVsyst for residential & commercial PV plants
• Create conceptual and detailed design layouts and electrical diagrams for residential and commercial scale PV plants
• Perform LV/MV cable sizing and power losses calculations
• Compose technical specifications according to the requirements of the projects
• Interact with a variety of engineering disciplines including mechanical, civil and geotechnical
• Perform site visits for project assessment
• Support grid interconnection and permitting procedures

Qualifications

• BSc Degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in the design of LV and MV Electrical Installations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Greek and English)
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
• Experience in the design of LV and MV electrical installations
• AutoCAD proficiency
• PVsyst, ETAP experience preferred
• MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software proficiency
• Driving license
• Engineering Working License in GREECE
