Procurement and Investments Engineer
(University Graduate)

SOYA HELLAS S.A. is looking for a Procurement and Investments Engineer (University Graduate) to strengthen its Project Management team in Athens headquarters, focusing on the technical and administrative support of building, mechanical equipment and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Preparation & Documentation Management: Contribute to the development of technical requirements for new projects, prepare preliminary layouts and technical documents.
• Project Permits & Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with public authorities and third-party engineers to obtain the necessary building and operation permits.
• Supplier & Contractor Management: Evaluate proposals, negotiate contracts, and follow up of project progress and completion.
• Project Timeline & Budget Monitoring: Prepare and review budgets, cost reports and invoices and ensure adherence to deadlines
• Document Archiving & Organization: Manage, organize, and update all technical and financial project documents, ensuring accessibility and proper record-keeping.

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent command of English and proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Office.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project (considered a plus).
• Strong data analysis, communication and multitasking skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and methodical approach.
• Ability to archive and structure project documentation efficiently.
• Strong teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
