ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, a leading manufacturing company in heavy industry, committed to delivering high-quality products, is seeking:
 

Profile:
The position reports to the Maintenance Manager and will be responsible for the achievement of HSE targets, machine performance and improvement projects.

Responsibilities:
• Perform internal audits according to Health and Safety standards.
• Address mechanical breakdowns of machines by overseeing the execution of necessary actions to minimize production line disruptions.
• Develop and monitor maintenance programs, including scheduling processes, and ensure the creation, implementation and assessment of weekly maintenance schedules
• Monitor KPIs related to employee and contractor utilization, including overtime.
• Monitor spare parts budget to ensure departmental consumption costs remain within allocated limits.
• Supervise the implementation of the 5S methodology by monitoring indicators and corrective actions, as well as addressing observations from 5S audits.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects to drive continuous improvement.
• Supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance and support ​​​​​​​
