We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team and add magic to our construction projects.

Your responsibilities will include

• Create all architectural plans for all our commercial and residential projects
• Oversee construction teams to ensure that projects are completed as per the architectural design and specifications
• Create stunning photorealistic renders
• Collaborate with other engineers to provide advanced technical solutions for complex design and construction requirements
• Ensure all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations
• Stay up to date with the newest developments in applications and materials
• Provide guidance to subcontractors such as builders, plumbers, and electricians, and help them interpret design specifications
• Support the timely completion of the various projects within budget
• Provide weekly and ad-hoc progress updates to management

What you will need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• 7+ years of experience in architectural design 
• Ability to receive feedback and adopt, maintain an open mind to new ideas and new ways of doing things
• Demonstrated creativity and superior taste
• A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a range of projects and the ability to innovate across diverse requirements
• Ability to create photorealistic renders far above the average industry standards
• Excellent active listening and presentation skills
