MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Responsible for regular, preventative, and urgent maintenance of the stores.
• Proper check of reported faults and claims.
• Handling of claims with the General Contractor and other suppliers.
• Control of stores during construction warranty and support of stores after their warranty.
• Controlling the effectiveness of service companies, monitoring repairs as needed and necessary.
• Budget control and decision-making related to costs.
• Periodically reporting service costs and other tasks.
• Active research of new suppliers, and survey for new offers.
• Supporting the construction of new stores from handover onwards.
• Handovers of installations during construction with service companies.
• Ensuring the safety of installations, certificates of various installations (elevators/escalators/Fire Detection and Fire Extinguishers) in stores as well as life safety of existing installations.
• Periodical store audits during visits to the stores.
• Managing insurance notifications in case of accidents.

NEEDED AND EXPECTED REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related subject

with technical knowledge.

• Understanding of application studies and technical design coordination.
• Has at least four (4) years of experience in a similar position.
• High-level organizational and communication skills.
• Professional attitude and accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Can adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Time Management and Prioritization.
• High achievement motivation and problem-solving orientation.
• Ability to travel on business.
• Fluency in English.

• Very good level of computer skills (MS Office)
