If yes, we are looking for a Collections Agent to join our Team in Greece!

What you get to do in this role:

• Participate to the implementation of the main collection processes and ensure correct execution, including, but not limited to Collection calls and written communication with the customers
• Participate in the design and implementation of the quality control processes and ensure correct execution of these processes

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related quantitative field
• No previous collection experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Able and willing to grow and adapt
• Persuading and influencing others
• Action and results oriented
• Analytical thinking
