Zakcret Sports SA, one of the leading sport retailers in Greece, with 35 stores (30 Zakcret Sports & 5 SneakerCage) and 4 e-shops, almost 500 employees and an extremely dynamic Line performance, is looking for a Call Center Agent for the eshops, based at our headquarters in Spata, Attica.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and manage inquiries regarding products and orders
- Be responsible for the quick and efficient response to the customer’s needs
- Acknowledge, forward & resolve client questions and complaints
- Communicate internally with other departments, following up on pending issues related to customer's requests
- Be always updated with the company's products and promos as required
- Proven work experience of at least 1 year as a call center agent
- Be familiar with a call center’s technology
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
- PC literacy (excellent user of Ms Office suit)
- Be able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment.
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills.
