VIP Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing and resolving issues that concern AVIS VIP customers.
  • Collecting data from the ERP system and creating the necessary reports.
  • Sending monthly or weekly reports to VIP customers via e-mail.
  • Meetings with representatives of VIP customers to improve service.
  • Close collaboration with the sales team and coordination of the final delivery process of VIP customer vehicles.
  • Works closely with the delivery team and coordinating the delivery process of new VIP customer vehicles.
  • Collaborates with the team of the maintenance department for the seamless service of VIP customer vehicles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Necessary experience in similar role or in Customer Service
  • Very good knowledge of the English language
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office
  • Customer service oriented
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
