- Responsible for managing and resolving issues that concern AVIS VIP customers.
- Collecting data from the ERP system and creating the necessary reports.
- Sending monthly or weekly reports to VIP customers via e-mail.
- Meetings with representatives of VIP customers to improve service.
- Close collaboration with the sales team and coordination of the final delivery process of VIP customer vehicles.
- Works closely with the delivery team and coordinating the delivery process of new VIP customer vehicles.
- Collaborates with the team of the maintenance department for the seamless service of VIP customer vehicles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Necessary experience in similar role or in Customer Service
- Very good knowledge of the English language
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office
- Customer service oriented
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
