About the Role

• Become an expert in CRM/Mobile needs of enterprises from all major industries
• Provide CRM/Mobile support to customers and partners
• Provide training to customers and achieve their smooth introduction to the new software environment
• Work with partners to define requirements, map functionality, and provide implementation guidelines
• Get certified as a CRM/Mobile Software Consultant

Desired Skills and Experience

• A bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any other related field
• 2 – 4 years of working experience or good understanding of the business processes in one of the following areas:
  • IT projects based on Mobile or CRM solutions.
  • Business Consulting in Mobile or CRM solutions
  • Enterprise applications in Apple iOS, Android, Windows Phone devices and tablets
• Working experience in CRM applications or Mobile Apps based on Apple iOS, Android, Windows will be a plus
• Good understanding of the business processes in Microsoft Technologies (SQL Server, SQL Querying)
• Good knowledge and experience in XML constructs and VBScript
• Be a team player
• Able to collaborate, perform and meet strict deadlines
• Fulfilled military services where applicable
