Your duties and responsibilities:
• Handling incoming phone calls and emails from the website users
• Acting as an intermediary between the customers and accommodations
• Managing reservations, special requests and complaints and finding solutions to website users´ inquiries
Your profile:
• Excellent written and verbal language skills in German (at least C1)
• Ability to communicate written and verbal in English (at least B2)
• Strong customer service focus
• Prior work experience in a customer service/service/sales organization is appreciated
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to work in shifts
• Punctuality and attention to details
• Problem solving capabilities
