Πλήρης απασχόλησηYour Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enhancing the performance and efficiency of the team
 - Managing people under agreed development plans
 - Managing staff efficiency (workload distribution, scheduling and absenteeism)
 - Responsible for providing operational reports and reviews (daily, monthly, quarterly, annually)
 - Drive employees’ satisfaction and development
 - Communicating company’s policies & procedures to the team
 - Managing the call patterns and offline tasks to achieve agreed service level
 - Preparing schedules and vacation plans, monitoring, timekeeping and labor time recording
 - Evaluating and monitoring the quality and performance of the agents
 
Your Profile:
- Excellent written and verbal language skills in Danish (C1)
 - Ability to communicate written and verbal in English (at least B2)
 - Strong teamwork and leadership skills
 - Knowledge of Microsoft office applications
 - Good analytical and problem-solving ability
 - Excellent interpersonal skills
 - Ability to show empathy and motivate the team remotely
 - Flexibility and ability to handle changes
