We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our customer service team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will support our Russian-speaking customers by reaching out our existing customers to inform them about ongoing campaigns, while also managing inbound calls from our current customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
•  Handle inbound calls from existing customers, providing accurate information and effective support.
• Conduct outbound calls to inform customers about current campaigns, promotions, and available services.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
• Investigate and ensure end‑to‑end completion of assigned cases.
• Participate in improving daily operational procedures and overall service quality.

Requirements:

• Fluency  in Russian | English or Greek
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Availability to work in rotating shifts
