As we scale and evolve, we’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Contact Center Agent to manage user inquiries, resolve requests and complaints efficiently, and provide exceptional support to both new and existing users of our platform. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless user experience while maintaining high service standards.

Main responsibilities

• Handles inbound and outbound calls, addressing Β2Β (Clinics, Travel Agencies and Kidney Patient Associations) and B2C (patients, family members) user inquiries and requests efficiently.
• Manages user complaints, ensuring they are handled promptly and professionally.
• Supports new users during onboarding and training, ensuring smooth use of the platform.
• Coordinates user bookings and schedules, providing timely guidance and assistance.
• Educates users on platform policies, procedures, and features to optimize their experience.
• Collaborates with internal teams to maintain seamless interactions and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a contact center or related position, preferable in a corporate environment
• Holds a University degree (Bachelor) or Customer Service-related certifications
• Superior command of written and spoken English and German
• Any additional languages will be consider as a plus
• Superior knowledge of MS Office Package and CRM Software experience (Zendesk, Salesforce, call management software etc) is valuable
