Are you fluent in German or French and open to relocating to Barcelona or Berlin? Then this role could be a great next step.

Our client is a fast-growing, global company in the corporate travel and expense management space, supporting high-value corporate clients across multiple markets. You will join a newly created, specialized team focused on delivering premium, end-to-end travel support for executive and VIP travellers.

Languages

  • Full professional proficiency in German or French
  • Full professional proficiency in English

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end executive and VIP travel, including flights, hotels, ground transport, and bespoke requests
  • Offer expert recommendations tailored to traveller preferences and company policy
  • Handle last-minute travel changes and disruptions with a calm, confident problem-solving attitude
  • Deliver exceptional service across phone, email, and chat
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction while meeting operational KPIs like productivity and efficiency
  • Build long-term relationships with executive travellers through consistent, high-quality service
  • Take full ownership of bookings and client requests with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with peers to uphold a high-performance, elite service culture

Core Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Proven experience in high-touch customer service (executive travel, hospitality, aviation, luxury brands, or similar)
  • Background in the travel industry, such as corporate travel agencies, airlines, or BPOs supporting travel or airline clients
  • Understanding of contact center performance metrics (CSAT, productivity, efficiency)
  • Polished, professional, and discreet communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure
  • Strong service mindset, high emotional intelligence, and sound judgment
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Open to relocate to either Barcelona or Berlin

Desirable:

  • Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.)
  • Exposure to supporting C-suite executives or high-net-worth individuals
  • Experience with on-call or follow-the-sun travel support
