We are a growing Greek company that is developing the field of remote services. In connection with the launch of a new project, we are creating a call center team of specialists who work remotely from the countries of the European Union.

Your mission:

To build from scratch and lead the entire cycle of HR processes for attracting, hiring, onboarding, and managing a remote team of operators from the EU countries.

Key tasks:

Development of HR strategy: Creating a complete system for recruiting remote employees in the EU.

Full cycle of recruitment: From drafting job descriptions and posting on international and local platforms (EU) to conducting interviews, assessments, and offers.

Legal and tax support: Understanding the intricacies of EU labor laws (knowledge of the basics) in the context of remote work, working with lawyers and tax consultants to ensure the correct registration of employees (contractors, B2B, local employment through partners).

Onboarding and adaptation: Developing and implementing an effective remote onboarding system for a distributed team.

HR administration management: Managing HR documentation in accordance with the requirements of Greek and European legislation.

Candidate requirements (must-have):

Experience in HR roles from 5 years, including experience in independently building processes.

Proven experience in recruiting employees from the European Union. Understanding the labor markets of Eastern and Central Europe will be an advantage.

In-depth knowledge of remote recruitment procedures, onboarding, and managing remote teams.

Fluency in Greek and English (C1 level). Fluency in Russian will be a strong competitive advantage.

Analytical mindset, ability to work with data and HR metrics.

A high degree of self-organization and proactivity.
