The Role
As a Concierge, you are the primary point of contact for our members. You will be responsible for crafting bespoke holiday experiences, managing complex travel logistics, and ensuring every member feels like a VIP from the moment they begin planning their trip.

Core Responsibilities

• Curate personalized travel experiences across our global resort portfolio and affiliate properties, ensuring alignment with member preferences and brand standards.
• Manage complex travel arrangements, including private transportation, specialized dining, award-winning spa treatments, and exclusive local excursions.
• Deliver high-level support via telephone and digital correspondence, maintaining a professional, sophisticated, and responsive tone at all times.
• Act as a dedicated advocate for members, utilizing diplomatic conflict-resolution skills to address concerns and exceed service expectations.
• Maintain an expert-level understanding of local attractions, venues, and seasonal events to provide authoritative recommendations. 

Professional Qualifications

• Exceptional command of the English language (Native proficiency preferred). Fluency in secondary languages is a significant advantage for our international clientele.
• Prior engagement in luxury hospitality, premium guest relations, or service environments is highly desirable but not mandatory for candidates with exceptional potential.
• Advanced competency in CRM systems, reservation platforms, and modern productivity suites.
• Demonstrated ability to perform calmy under high-pressure scenarios, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
